If you normalize them all to a 12 oz serving (my normal serving size) it gives you: orange juice 180 calories per glass, grape juice 225 calories, and (at the bottom) Classic Coke 140 calories per glass!

Yep Rob it is surprising when you really look at the calories. I have found that when I feel I really need a pop I go with diet of something I don’t drink regular of, so I don’t know if the taste is a bit different. For me it is a bit easier to drink water at work because we have an ice and water machine. I really am enjoying the blog. Keep up the good work.
